There is no cost or fees for our team of real estate professionals to give you the best price for your home, and present you with the highest offers from the best buyers in the market. This is a service we provide for anyone interested in getting the highest price for their home.
Once we meet with you to complete a 15 minute walkthrough to verify the condition of your home, amenities, and exact value, the price you receive is net to you (after all closing costs). There are no hidden fees or additional costs.
Should you decide to sell, our fee can vary but is generally between 3-4%. We also recommend offering 2%-2.5% to the buyer agent should there be one involved in the transaction.
